Cards for Friends

Since my surgery in November, I hadn't done much crafting until the other day. A friend of mine was having a birthday and another friend just needed a card. So, I broke out the supplies and went to work. Considering the fact that I hadn't done anything in two months, I was fairly happy with the results.

I use almost strictly "The Stamps of Life" stamps and I made good use of a Pearl Pen that my sister gave me. I still have a lot to learn in the area of card making, but I have a lot of fun trying. :-)

It's fall! Fall means pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice lattes...pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins!! I LOVE pumpkins. When I saw these on the "Speaking of Fall" Cricut cartridge that my sissy loaned me, I knew I had to do something with them. These are what I've got so far. I think I'll use them on Thanksgiving cards. What do you think? :-)

Snowman!

I made four of these little guys for a swap that I'm in. My Simply Charmed cartridge and my Cricut have done it again! I absolutely love that cart! I think this snowman is so cute I may have to make a few for myself. What do you think?

Working On Christmas Tags

I got inspired by my new Paper Crafts magazine to make some homemade Christmas tags. These are a couple of ideas I've been playing with using my Cricut, Doodlecharms and Simply Charmed cartridges; ink; ribbon; Stickles; some mini jingle bells; and a little bling. What do you think?

A Christmas bird house I made for a Secret Sister Swap on the Provocraft Community board. It's my first one ever and it looks better from a distance. I've got glue all over my fingers! :-)
